Order Cancellation Policy

We are unable to cancel or change any details in your order once it has been shipped, however if you feel you have made a mistake with your order please contact us as soon as possible at and we will attempt to refund your purchase if the item has not shipped.

Returns Policy

At Fossik we try to find the best quality products and suppliers and hope you love your purchase.

In the rare case your product has arrived to you damaged or differs significantly from the description, we guarantee a refund of your payment. Please contact us within 3 business days or receiving your order at stating your order number in the email subject. Include your name and contact details and a description and photos of the problem and we’ll begin the returns process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that return postage will need to be covered by you, however in some cases a full or partial refund may be negotiable with our suppliers without needing to return the product. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected by the manufacturer, we will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Note that we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or mistaken purchase after the item has been processed by us.

Missing Items

Our suppliers guarantee that if you have not received your order within 61 days of shipment you will receive a full refund. Note that this guarantee is 91 days for orders made in Russia and 121 days for orders made in Brazil.

We regret that we are unable to do any refund for items that are 'missing' if the tracking system has indicated that they have been delivered to the customer address. In many of these cases, a family member or a neighbour might have accepted it for you. You may, however, take it up with your online payment company and they will determine how the dispute will be resolved.
